There used to be a local pizza place that made their own dressings, sadly they recently closed. One of their dressings that I adored was their garlic dill ranch. Creamy, garlicy, dill packed flavor bomb. So of course I had to try and replicate it and I’ve got to say I think I nailed it. This version is pretty thick, so it also works as a dip. If you want to make it a bit thinner, you can add more buttermilk until you get a consistency you are more happy with. Even though we use low fat mayo in this recipe – it is still amazing. To be honest we only use low fat mayo, low fat sour cream, and 1% milk regularly and don’t miss the full fat versions at all. This keeps in the fridge for a week.

Garlic Dill Ranch
Servings – This makes about 1 1/4 cups of ranch as written, if you thin it down with more buttermilk….you get my drift.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low fat mayo
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk (if you want this thinner, slowly add more till you get a desired consistency)
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Whisk all of the above ingredients together and left rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Enjoy!
